Service and eligibility
MorrowCue helps adults aged 18 or older organise personal commitments, documents, dates and costs. You must provide accurate account information, verify your email and keep your account credentials secure. Use the service only where it and the payment provider are legally available.
Your documents and decisions
You retain ownership of your documents and authorize the processing needed to provide requested features. Only upload material you have the right to use. AI extraction and answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Check important dates, fees and contractual terms against the source document. MorrowCue provides information, not legal, tax, investment or other professional advice.
Free experience and subscriptions
The introductory experience includes one document analysis and up to three grounded questions about that document. Ongoing monitoring and paid features require an eligible paid subscription. Current prices, allowances and taxes are disclosed on the pricing page and at checkout. Payment, renewal and cancellation are governed by our subscription terms.
Reminders and cancellation assistance
Reminders depend on confirmed information, your timezone settings, service availability and email delivery. Keep independent records of critical deadlines. MorrowCue can prepare cancellation instructions, drafts and checklists; you must contact your provider and obtain confirmation.
Acceptable use and account access
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict access to address misuse, security threats, unlawful activity or non-payment, and provide notice where practical. You may delete your account in Settings after cancelling billing. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing and deletion.
Availability, changes and consumer rights
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free AI and reminder delivery. We will communicate material service or subscription changes and identify the applicable policy version. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Operator and disputes
The service is operated by BI Squared (PTY) LTD. Contact us to resolve a concern. Any applicable mandatory laws and consumer protections remain in effect. Legal requests may be sent to support@morrowcue.com.
