Refund requests
Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for MorrowCue purchases. Contact the configured MorrowCue support address or follow the purchase receipt instructions to request a refund, including the order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send card details or sensitive documents by email.
Applicable terms
Requests are reviewed with Lemon Squeezy under its applicable purchasing and refund terms and mandatory consumer law. This policy does not reduce statutory cancellation or refund rights. Any provider-approved full refund for the current paid subscription period can end access for that period.
Stop future renewals
Use Settings → Manage billing to cancel renewal. See Subscription and Cancellation for access after cancellation. MorrowCue does not implement automatic or discretionary refund decisions in application code.
