Prices and billing
MorrowCue Personal has monthly and annual subscriptions. Founding reference prices are USD 4.99/month and USD 49.99/year; standard reference prices are USD 6.99/month and USD 69.99/year. Lemon Squeezy determines the final supported checkout currency, amount and applicable taxes, and supplies receipts and invoices. Subscriptions renew at the frequency and amount disclosed at checkout unless cancelled.
Founding members
The first 250 qualifying paid customers may receive founding pricing. Availability is reserved during checkout and confirmed following successful payment. Founding pricing applies to the qualifying subscription; a new subscription after expiry may be offered at the then-current price.
Manage or cancel
Open Settings → Manage billing to change payment details, view invoices or cancel renewal in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and retains access through the provider-defined paid end date. Once access expires, paid AI operations, monitoring and outbound reminders stop. Your data remains available according to the Privacy Policy.
Payment failures and refunds
A failed payment may limit access after the paid period ends. Follow the portal instructions to recover payment or resubscribe. Refunds are processed under the Refund Policy. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a completed payment, subject to applicable law.
